At the age of 12, when most boys are interested in other things, Robert had already found his calling in life and began running sound for his church.  There, he honed the skills that led to his first endeavor with a musical group and he began traveling with New Life.  This soon led to working as the production manager with The Pfeifers where his talent truly began to be noticed.  Having the opportunity to work in the secular world of music, his heart is grounded in the roots of his faith and his work in the Christian market where he is currently a sound engineer and production manager for many events as the Owner of Robert Dixon Audio.  You can find him at such major Christian events as: The National Quartet Convention, Singing In The Sun, Fan Fest, Gaither Homecoming Concerts, Gatlinburg Gathering and Gospel Music Celebration where he continues to give the music exactly what is needed.
